Dominick Bordonaro
Chief Executive Officer - Dominick joined Classifieds Plus in 2005 and most recently served as Executive Director for the Company. As CEO, Dominick’s focus is to lead the company on its path of sustained growth and to bring to market new and innovative technology, services and revenue generating platforms that deliver cost savings and incremental revenue gains for our client partners. Prior to joining CPI, Dominick was President of CityMade, Inc. a digital commerce company. He also was a senior level executive in print media and held a variety of leadership, management and marketing positions within the print, transportation and digital media industries. He is a member of The Board of Directors for the Mount Calvary Cemetery Group and an associate member of the Newspaper Association of America.
Richard J. Saunders
Vice President,Sales - Dick Saunders joined Classifieds Plus at inception. His responsibilities include overseeing and securing new newspaper clients while growing and maintaining current clients' activities and revenue. Prior to joining CPI, Mr. Saunders directed the sales and operations for Direct Response Marketing. His experience with newspapers and other media began in 1974 as an Account Executive for Ellis Advertising, one of Buffalo's largest advertising agencies. Dick became Vice President of Ellis Advertising and in 1990 launched Saunders and Lyons Advertising Inc. He is an associate member of the Newspaper Association of America.
Mary Huber Kasprzyk
Director, Information Technology - Mary joined Classifieds Plus in August, 2008. Mary’s responsibilities include all facets of Information Systems and Technology Planning and Strategy; including the daily operations and support for the infrastructure, telecommunications, data management and software application development. Mary has extensive technology and business management experience including several senior information systems and business management positions with Rich Products, Inc., Remarketing Services of America, Inc., as well as prior experience with HSBC. Mary is a graduate of the University of Hawaii where she received a BS in Business Administration.
Joseph Pulito
Chief Financial Officer - Joe joined Classifieds Plus in 2009 as Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2010. Joe is responsible for the financial management of the Company including all accounting functions, cash management, financial reporting and analysis, pricing strategies and cost control. Joe is a CPA with over 25 years of financial and operations management experience in various industries. He formerly held positions at HSBC, Moog, Inc., Osmose Utilities Services and KPMG. He earned a B.S. degree with honors in Business Administration/Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Debra Chase
Director, Client Partnerships - Debra joined Classifieds Plus in May, 2011. Debra’s primary focus is to ensure the success of all of the Company’s partnerships and corporate relations. Debra is also responsible to bring to market best practices and new business initiatives designed to optimize revenue channels for the Company and our partners. Prior to joining CPI, Debra was in the insurance industry for 15 years where she successfully gained client partnership experience, sales and marketing acumen and business development experience.
Scott Flynn
Director of Operations – Scott joined Classifieds Plus in January, 2012. His responsibilities include all facets of Operations involving Sales, Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Training. Scott has over 18 years experience in operations management with a major fortune 100 company and 7 years of contact center experience working in the educational and financial sectors. He has leveraged his Six Sigma background and Performance Management capabilities to successfully grow several businesses in the contact center industry.
