Ad Placement System
For many years, Classifieds Plus has developed and improved on our world class
proprietary software that allows us to support hundreds of newspaper publishers
on one technology platform. Our ad sales system provides the capability for
creating, rating, and submitting any type of classified ad, including private party
and commercial ads, death notices, and local, regional and national rates.
With our system we can generate electronic ad output to our newspaper customers with numerous data formats, and we are able to interface seamlessly with major front end systems. We can provide camera ready advertisements, and our system also provides merchant accounts for verified credit card and e-check transactions.
Communication Systems
CPI utilizes fully redundant, state of the art VoIP telecommunication systems
with enhanced call handling functionality. Our communication system software
forecasts labor requirements based on historical or expected call volume in 15
minute increments using pre-established performance standards.
Key Performance Standards are established for each newspaper and for the entire Sales Center. Performance indicators are monitored and measured hourly to ensure adherence to standards, and sales calls are monitored continuously. In addition, 100% call recording is utilized for comprehensive training. Recordings are routinely reviewed to ensure quality interaction and information accuracy with each caller.
